Tomatoes and rocket on toast with markies garlic and parsley prawns

Chicken stirfry - which rich made and it was awesome! He's much better at stir fries than me!

Chicken Kiev, markies ultimate mash (which is indeed ultimate) and spaghetti.

Chicken breast stuffed with charles macleod black pudding - the best black pudding in the world!

Markies chicken legs and thighs, washed down with wine - delicious!

Sunday 28th March - Fish/chicken turnip mash and spaghetti

Tonight was a quick, stick it in the oven dinner, I had a nice fish fillet - and Rich being Rich had 2 breaded chicken breasts, served nice and easier with turnip mash and spaghetti in tomato sauce. Before I started this blog I used to think I made a lot of meals for scratch, quite clearly I don't make enough!
Oh yeah and Rich covered his in grated cheese, but he made me take the photograph with only a little, then used half a block!!
